Air Fryer Egg Bites – similar to the Starbucks sous vide egg bites! Low in points but filling and packed with protein. They are delicious alone, but even better and more well-rounded when paired with some of your favorite fresh fruit!
Skinny Pizza Dough Bagel Sandwiches – easy to prep ahead of time and lower in points than regular store bought bagels. These make fantastic breakfast sandwiches and I love the crunch when toasted!
Taco Potato Skins – I completely forget how much I love these! Packed with flavor, simple, and totally filling. I always precook some baked potatoes to keep on hand during the week so this is a great way to use them up.
Quick Tomato Soup – because I know not everyone loves to spend hours in the kitchen! Throw this together and pair it with your favorite sandwich for lunch. Traveler friendly, reheats well and is also a great base for so many other things. My favorite sauce to use is Mids – it’s the best!
Kung Pao Sloppy Joes – healthier take on the traditional sloppy joe and with a tangy twist! Remember that you can always ground your own chicken at home using a food processor if you have one – save some money!
Ground Pork DanDan Noodles – one of our newest YouTube video recipes and needs to be hyped! It takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish and is very filling – totally doable even when working from home.
Beef and Mushroom Pasta – cozy dinner with a mustard balsamic sauce. So good!
Pizza – a must using Skinny Pizza Dough! Add whatever toppings your heart desires. You deserve to eat delicious pizza ????
