Prayer: Healing My Body, Renewing My Spirit
Heavenly Father,
I come to You today with my burdens—both seen and unseen. You are Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals. You knit me together in my mother’s womb, and You know the very hairs on my head… so surely, You understand this illness that touches my body. 🙌
Lord, I lay this diabetes at Your feet. The fluctuations, the fatigue, the food fears, the wounds that won’t heal, and the silent worry that comes with every glucose test. I give it all to You.
I believe Your Word when it says, “By Your stripes I am healed.” Let that healing begin in my cells, my blood, my pancreas, and my nerves. Touch every hormone and every vessel. Let my insulin be effective. Let my sugar stabilize. Let my body be in alignment with divine health.
Forgive me, Lord, for when I’ve doubted. I confess any anxiety, any poor choices, any unbelief—and I receive Your mercy. Help me to manage this condition not in fear, but in faith. Help me to be disciplined, joyful, and filled with hope as I take steps forward.
Surround me with a circle of care—doctors, friends, loved ones who uplift me. Let Your Word be medicine. Let laughter be my strength. Let every bite I eat be blessed and every decision I make be guided by Your Spirit.
This body is Your temple, Lord. I trust You with it. Not just for healing—but for transformation.
