Use This Mini Food Processor To Whip Up Avocado Edamame Dip
I LOVE this smaller food processor for chopping and to make this Edamame Guacamole dip. For years, I have only used the big food processor but this really is the perfect size for this easy avocado dip recipe. I use to only use the huge one and then when I was at my mother’s house, she had a mini food processor. I found this 4-cup mini processor and it’s the perfect size. Easy to store and does the job.
I highly recommend this Cuisinart as I have had the larger one for so many years and you can imagine all the blending, chopping and mixing I do!

Purine breaks down as uric acid in the body causing Gout or joint inflammation. Limiting certain foods will limit your purine intake. Always speak with your doctor or dietitian before going on any diet. Animal proteins are high in purine. Therefore, limit meat (especially red meat – beef, pork, lamb), poultry, and fish. You want to especially limit fatty fish and seafood like tuna, shrimp, lobster and scallops.
